Are Ceez Fragrances original and safe to use?+
Absolutely. Every Ceez fragrance is crafted in-house with high-quality, skin-safe fragrance oils and is IFRA-conscious in formulation. Our attars are 100% alcohol-free oil-based concentrates.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?+
Yes — we deliver nationwide on Cash on Delivery. You only pay when your parcel is in your hands. For orders above our free-shipping threshold, shipping is on us.
How does ordering on WhatsApp work?+
Choose “Order on WhatsApp” at checkout and your complete order — products, quantity and total — opens instantly in WhatsApp. Send it to us and our team confirms your order right away.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within major cities and 3–5 working days for the rest of the country.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Use the “Track Order” page with your order number (e.g. CEEZ-XXXXXXXX) and the phone number you ordered with to see a live timeline of your order.
What is your return / exchange policy?+
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, we replace it free of charge. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances can only be exchanged if defective — just message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
Are your perfumes alcohol-based or oil-based?+
Our Eau de Parfum range is a premium alcohol-based eau with 20–25% perfume oil concentration. Our Attar range is 100% oil-based and alcohol-free.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?+
Currently we deliver across Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on Instagram for updates.
